Black Boys Report Mobile

About the Client

The Schott Foundation collects and publishes national data on the four-year graduation rates for Black males compared to other sub-groups and shares its finding in a bi-annual report.

The Challenge

Take an important, 60+ page report that shapes public policies on the education of black and latino males in the United States and make it dynamic, feature-rich, accessible and engaging on multiple platforms while highlighting critical pieces of data found throughout the report.

The Result

Because the report is so large and content heavy the development team decided to create a dedicated mobile site rather than use a responsive design which would have compromised the reports message with screen clutter and asset noise. A dedicated mobile platform allowed each piece of content to have its own space relay the critical data points of the reports messaging.
